A leading restaurant chain is seeking a passionate Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations at their New Iberia location. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, achieving sales goals, and managing team development. With a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry, the RGM will ensure compliance with all laws and maintain high standards of service while creating a positive work environment.
Flexibility in scheduling is required, with the ability to work 50-55 hours per week.
