Electronics Technician

Contract Duration

6 months (Contract or Contract-to-Hire)

• 7 Days On / 5 Days Off rotation
• On-call availability for 7 days (no calls between 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Regular hours paid at standard rate; overtime paid at 1.5x for hours exceeding 40 per week

• Per Diem: $50/day during training
• Mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for work-related travel

The Electronic Technician will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of equipment in line with operational demands. The role focuses on improving maintenance efficiency, reducing non-productive time, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Base.

• Maintain assigned equipment in accordance with maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies
• Accurately document work orders, materials, labor hours, and maintenance history in CMMS and TLM systems
• Ensure compliance with Product Line and TLM standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization, turnaround time, and cost of service delivery
• Support failure investigations and planned repair/reuse projects
• Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System

• Basic multimedia and computer skills
• Working knowledge of basic computer software
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma required
• Preferred: 2-year IT/Computer degree or relevant on-the-job training
• Certifications:
