HR Manager

Overview

Are you ready to lead and innovate in Human Resources? Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all human resources functions are executed efficiently and align with the company’s core values. You will oversee a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and more.

Your leadership will guide the HR team, fostering their growth and development.

• Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Lead national HR projects and support site-specific initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic partner to business areas and sites.
• Address employee relations issues and support performance management.
• Communicate HR policies and processes effectively to employees.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare insightful reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and monitor industry trends.

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  Master’s preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
