Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies and management systems in alignment with legal requirements and PALFINGER standards at local, national, and international levels.
- Lead risk assessments, hazard controls, incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Design, review, and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans; lead HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key QHSE performance indicators (e.g., TRIR, LTIR, environmental metrics) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support quality-related activities across PALFINGER locations, including audits, supplier evaluations, incoming inspections, and collaboration with product lines and contractors to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
