As a Field Service Technician II for Donaldson Filtration Services, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing dust collection systems. You will support multiple industries—including manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and power—and travel primarily in the Northeast (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New Jersey, and Upstate New York). Overnight travel expectations are 10 %.

• Perform routine scheduled, unscheduled preventative maintenance and general maintenance services on industrial ventilation systems and other filtration equipment.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co‑workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face‑to‑face.
• Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact.
• Continually enforce safety to the highest standards.
• Work in diverse conditions, including industrial noise, varying weather, heights on ladders and aerial lifts, airborne dust and debris, and electrical environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 lb regularly, 50 lb frequently, and occasionally more than 50 lb.
• Maintain service records using field‑service management software and a computer.
• Maintain inventory in stock rooms and service trucks.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance, repair, or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.

• Ability to travel, including overnight (estimated 25 %).
• Pass physical requirements evaluation.
• Use an iPad for work order and time management.
• Experience with industrial ventilation, compressed air services, electric motors, fans, and three‑phase power.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• Preferably 3+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance and/or millwright.
• General industrial maintenance experience.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and with a group.
• Forklift experience preferred (certification provided).

Hourly Pay Range: $24.08 – $30.09 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. This position is overtime eligible per state and federal regulations.
