Campus Security Officer - New Haven CT Pay

$22.00/hr

Friday - Tuesday, 12am to 8am (Full Time 40 hours)

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card
• Active Connecticut State Driver's License — Reliable transportation & Clean Motor Vehicle History.
• 2 years of Security Experience required – Military/Law Enforcement experience may substitute.
• Calm, polite, and professional demeanor—High level customer service.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and flexible.
• Strong computer skills, Extensive knowledge of Google Applications, Familiarity with dispatching & camera monitoring

Prolonged standing, walking long distances, willingness to adapt during emergency evacuations, exposure to inclement weather.

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
