• Hunter/prospector position - full autonomy to build your own pipeline and go-to-market approach
• Dedicated private office from day one
• Travel to meet with customers in person

• Background in defense or engineering sales with established networks into the U.S. military, defense primes or the defense supply chain
• Technical background to understand the scope of work.
• Prospector mentality, comfortable generating own pipeline and qualifying opportunities before passing to a technical team to close
