Business Development Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high‑intent prospects
  • Meet activity and lead‑generation goals that directly impact company growth
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, social outreach, chats, and virtual meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule sales appointments
  • Use tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM data and detailed prospect notes
  • Support trade show outreach, coordination, and post‑event follow‑ups
  • Re‑engage and nurture leads to maximize conversions
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing to refine messaging and strategy
  • Conduct research and update prospect databases
Requirements What You Bring
  • Some experience in B2B sales, lead qualification, or inside sales (healthcare is a plus!)
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and digital channels
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tech—Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Bonus points for experience with AI‑driven sales tools
  • Solid Excel and research skills
  • A self‑motivated, team‑oriented mindset with great follow‑through
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences preferred—but not required

    While this role is open to remote applicants, candidates located in or near the New Haven, Connecticut area are a plus to support hybrid collaboration and onsite team activities.
