Territory Manager – Aesthetic/Medical Lasers (Connecticut / Massachusetts)

Key Responsibilities- Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to identify, research, and qualify new prospects.
- Execute outbound outreach and lead follow‑up to support pipeline development.
- Support product demonstrations, evaluations, proposals, and follow‑up activities.
- Assist ASMs in advancing opportunities and closing business.
- Represent the brand at regional events, workshops, demos, and trade shows.
- Develop and implement tactics to grow utilization, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility, territory insights, and action planning.
- Monitor customer activity, flag at‑risk accounts or utilization gaps, and leverage data to prioritize account needs.
- Coordinate customer needs across training, service, logistics, and commercial execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new customer onboarding and activation, ensuring smooth site experience.
- Deliver ongoing, high‑touch account support to drive utilization and satisfaction.
- Identify emerging customer needs and coordinate service/training requests as needed.
- Strengthen customer relationships to improve retention, referrals, and long‑term value.
- 2+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience; medical device, capital, and/or aesthetics preferred.
- Strong relationship‑builder with a customer‑first mindset.
- Comfort learning and communicating clinical/technical product information.
- Highly organized, accountable, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting sales teams and/or customer education is a plus.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively regionally (50–70%+) and to relocate for future promotion.
- Ability to drive within the territory daily.
- Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to operate heavy equipment on wheels/casters.
- Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, twist/turn, walk, and work at a computer throughout the day.
- Base salary plus performance‑based incentives.
