Role Overview

As a Territory Manager you will play a critical role in driving growth across your assigned region by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for increasing sales of our products and services, and for managing a limited number of key or named customer accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Guide customers in product and service selection based on their unique needs, specifications, and compliance requirements
  • Structure deals that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure success by fostering strong post‑sales relationships and driving repeat business
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account and territory plans to drive sales targets
  • Take full ownership of your assigned territory, including market share growth, financial performance, and strategic development of your business segment
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Strong skills in building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and time management
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Proficiency in customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Intermediate industry and product knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
Compensation

The total compensation range for this position is $97,680 – $128,205, based on qualifications, experience, and education. Target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission, with new hires guaranteed at least the target commission for six months. An uncapped bonus structure is based on exceeding 100% of the plan across three individual categories.

Benefits

Subject to eligibility requirements, benefits include tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short‑term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long‑term disability insurance. New employees may also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well‑being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
