We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands‑on leader who's ready to help run the show while also taking our custom cake game to the next level. If you love people, ice cream, and a little frosting magic, this role is for you.

• Assisting in managing staff schedules and monitoring team performance
• Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Helping to manage inventory levels and placing orders as needed
• Supporting the development and implementation of strategies to boost sales and guest satisfaction
• Assisting with the training, mentoring, and evaluation of staff to uphold performance and brand standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees
• Providing operational support to meet financial goals, including budgeting and reporting
• Design, build, and decorate custom Ben & Jerry's ice cream cakes with flair and precision
• Manage cake orders: take customer requests, offer design suggestions, and ensure timely delivery/pick‑up
• Maintain cake inventory and prep stock cakes for display
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fun seasonal designs and promotion
• Ensure quality control, food safety, and cleanliness in cake production areas
• Regularly support scoop shop operations (scooping, cleaning, customer service)

• A natural leader with 1+ year of food service or retail experience (management experience a big plus!).
• Skilled in customer service and team collaboration.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and confident in cake decorating (basic piping skills preferred).
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced, fun, and often messy environment.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
