Senior Quality Consultant

We are supporting a clinical-stage biotech operating within a GMP-regulated laboratory environment focused on human trials.

This organization is seeking a Quality professional to support immediate compliance and infrastructure needs
. This opportunity will begin as a contract engagement
, with flexibility in structure depending on candidate preference and experience level.

• 1099 or C2C structure
• 15–30 hours per week
• 6+ years GMP Quality experience
• Strong experience building or stabilizing QMS in small biotech
• Comfortable operating autonomously in GMP environments

• Open to 1099, C2C contract-to-hire structure
• 3+ years GMP Quality experience
• Experience supporting clinical-stage programs
• Hands‑on with SOP development, deviation/CAPA, audit readiness
• Early‑stage biotech
• GMP laboratory operations
• No current QA — high visibility and impact
• Open to remote/Hybrid/Onsite (Remote will be required to visit facility at least once every quarter)

• $55–$80/hr (depending on structure and experience; Senior candidates will be considered for the higher end of the pay rate)
• Contract engagement to start
• Potential longer‑term pathway based on performance and business needs
