About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist for an exciting 156-day locum tenens assignment in CT, beginning Jun 1, 2026. This full-time role involves working 9a-9:30p shifts, guaranteeing 36 hours across three 12-hour shifts per week, with a willingness to work non-consecutive shifts. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for general, ambulatory surgery, critical care, perioperative, and adult patients, including trauma cases.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide full-time anesthesia services, guaranteeing 36 hours per week (three 12-hour shifts).
Be available for non-consecutive shifts with a 9a-9:30p schedule.
Manage all general anesthesia patients, excluding OB cases.
Perform ambulatory surgery anesthesiology.
Handle critical care, perioperative, and adult anesthesiology.
Participate in trauma cases, including adult and potentially pediatric patients (pediatric experience not required).
