Position Overview

• Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Neurosurgery Spine (Ambulatory & OR Support)

• Full‑time, permanent position

• Based at 20 York Street, New Haven, CT, with support across multiple outpatient clinic locations

Role Summary

• Join a high‑volume neurosurgery spine practice providing both ambulatory and operating room support

• Work closely with a neurosurgery spine surgeon in a fast‑paced, collaborative clinical environment

• Deliver comprehensive pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative patient care

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No weekends

• No holidays

• No on‑call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support high‑volume ambulatory neurosurgery spine clinics across multiple sites

• Provide intraoperative support for neurosurgery spine procedures

• Manage pre‑ and post‑operative patient care, including evaluations, follow‑ups, and coordination of care

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

• New graduates welcome to apply

• Prior experience in neurosurgery, spine, or surgical subspecialties strongly preferred
