Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team as an Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Orthopedic Trauma. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality care in a collaborative environment, working closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure timely follow‑up and continuity of care for patients post‑discharge—a critical factor in promoting medication adherence and recovery for chronically ill individuals.
- Provide care for new patients, return visits, and pre‑ and post‑operative evaluations
- Serve both pediatric and adult orthopedic populations
- Practice across multiple sites, offering diverse clinical exposure
- Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
- Orthopedic experience preferred, especially in trauma settings
- New graduates are welcome and will be considered

- The PA or NP provides assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs throughout the disease process as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Obtains medical histories, performs physical examinations, reviews and orders diagnostics, formulates treatment plans, and may perform procedures and prescribe medication within institutional and state guidelines.
- Acts as first or second assistant on operative cases when within scope and position prerequisites are met.
- Responds to emergency situations and performs other clinical duties as dictated by departmental goals and operational needs.
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Clinical working experience as an NP/PA in the specialty/service line preferred but not required.
