What Makes This Opportunity Unique?Position Overview
- Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a busy Neurosurgery Ambulatory team.
- Opportunity to practice at the top of licensure while managing an independent patient panel in a multisite clinic setting.
- Provide comprehensive ambulatory care to neurosurgery patients, with a primary focus on post-operative follow-ups and ongoing management.
- Independently manage a patient panel, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and coordination of care.
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC.
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- No weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
- Multisite clinic coverage within the neurosurgery program.
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in neurosurgery or a related specialty preferred.
- Demonstrated strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (detailed) – The Physician Assistant (PA) or the Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs in collaboration with the attending supervising/collaborating physician(s) in accordance with state law and hospital regulations.
