Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant New Haven CT – Urgently Hiring – Up to $190k – 4-day work week!
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our practice in New Haven, CT. Our ideal candidate has experience in orthopedics/musculoskeletal issues, is comfortable working within an integrated setting, and collaborates with a knowledgeable and well-respected team. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP/PA and be able to work independently in CT.
The primary office is in New Haven, with potential coverage at Middletown or Waterbury.

We are an integrative medical clinic serving patients in CT and provide non-surgical options for acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Our providers identify the source of pain and explore cutting-edge solutions, employing current techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support an active lifestyle.
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review of pertinent medical records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatment – trigger point and injections under US guidance (training available)
- Documentation and progress notes – daily, timely and accurate
- Collaboration with the team and senior providers as needed for comprehensive patient care plans
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
- NP/PA license in CT
- Minimum of 2+ years’ clinical experience as an NP/PA
- Musculoskeletal management background is preferred
- Full time (4-day week or 5-day week)
- $160k-$190k (DOE) plus potential bonus compensation
