• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure clinical situations

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor patient status, respond to obstetric emergencies, and provide clinical support in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Assist physicians and certified nurse midwives with labor and delivery procedures
• Educate patients and families on birthing processes, postpartum care, and newborn health
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
