Education & Experience:
BSN required (or currently enrolled in BSN/MSN program with graduation within three years)
BLS and ACLS certifications required (CCRN preferred)
Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support
Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with accreditation standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based practices
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, and assist patients or equipment up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, and repositioning of patients in critical care settings
Clear hearing and vision to respond to alarms, assess patients, and communicate effectively
Providecontinuous monitoring and assessmentof critically ill patients
Administerhigh-risk medications(e.g., vasopressors, sedatives) and manage IV drips
Operate and troubleshoot advanced equipment, includingventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
Educate families on patient conditions and involve them in care decisions when appropriate
