We are seeking a Cardiac Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team in the vibrant and historic city of New Haven, Connecticut. Our facility offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where Nurse Practitioners work closely with cardiologists and other specialists to manage patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions. Responsibilities include conducting cardiac assessments, managing chronic and acute cardiac conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, and contributing to preventive care planning. The role is primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults, offering a balanced and rewarding clinical experience.
