Area Manager – Parking Operations

Join us as an Area Manager overseeing multiple parking locations across New Haven, CT. Your leadership will manage shuttle fleet, self‑parking, and valet services, supervising front‑line teams and ensuring operational excellence.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 plus incentive bonus potential.
Work Modality: In Office.
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday (Afternoon Shifts).
Location: New Haven, CT.
- Multiple-location oversight with experience in shuttle fleet, self‑parking, and valet operations.
- Progressive management with multi‑team front‑line employee oversight.
- Experience with scheduling and payroll (plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent (helpful but not required).
- 3‑5 years of proven leadership in hospitality and/or parking industries.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, with ability to coach leaders.
- Excellent written and conversational communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset, ready to “charge the hill.”
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop teams across assigned locations.
- Support supervisors and managers in customer service and day‑to‑day operations.
- Build and maintain client relationships; attend client meetings.
- Review management reports and client statements to ensure financial results align with budgets.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs, working with senior management to maximize results.
- Prepare annual budgets with regional teams and corporate office.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.
