This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist located in Orange, CT. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing equipment and property facilities. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing necessary repairs to ensure smooth and safe operations. The specialist will also collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Maintenance practices
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on-site
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Experience with property maintenance or facility management is an advantage
• Physical stamina and ability to handle tools and equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
