IT Support Specialist

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Kforce has a client in New Haven, CT that is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to troubleshoot basic computer, Internet, and application issues for users. This role involves providing assistance in person or through remote technologies, diagnosing problems, and recommending or performing remedial actions to restore system functionality.

• Strong understanding of computer systems and general Internet functionality
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Experience with assistance technologies is a plus
