Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in New Haven, Connecticut.

Job Details
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Manage confidential employee data in HRIS
  • Create and edit documents and data in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Act as point person for HR inquiries
  • Process invoices and prepare expense reports
  • Assist with annual compliance reporting
  • Coordinate departmental events
  • Pay Rate: $25 per hour
  • Time Commitment:
    Full time, temp-to-perm
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years’ Human Resources experience
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Suite
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
