• Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings.
• Provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians.
• Provide and facilitate family support and training.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs.
• Conduct case reviews.
• Document supervision sessions.
• Conduct function-based assessments and create behavior intervention plans.

• Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing.

• Full-time: 35–40 hours per week.
• Compensation: $80.00 per hour.

Now, she wants to offer tutoring and behavior support to assist learners to develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
