What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide operational support to the Medical Affairs department and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Oversee scientific publications operations, including tracking, reporting, and compliance reviews
  • Assist in planning and executing congress activities and Advisory Boards
  • Coordinate the Medical Review Committee process for scientific exchange materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Experience in medical affairs operations is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional interaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with AI adoption and digital enablement strategies in a medical affairs context
  • High level of competence with computers and extensive experience with MS Office Applications
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
