Job Summary

Alvita Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CT CNAs) for per‑diem home care positions in Fairfield and New Haven County. Reliable transportation is preferred.

• Valid CNA certificate in Connecticut.
• Updated medicals/vaccinations or willingness to obtain them.
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form.
• Successfully complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases.

• Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem schedule options.
• 6‑12 hour day and night shifts available.
• Monday‑Friday availability desirable; weekends a plus.
• Experience in Memory Care, Palliative, ADL, or transfer care is a plus.
• Weekly pay on Fridays (direct deposit, debit card, or paper check).

• Two employment criteria: (a) one‑year employment after 1,560 total hours (30 hrs/week avg) or (b) one‑year employment after 1,000 total hours (20 hrs/week avg).
