Senior Manager International Tax

A global, sophisticated family office is seeking a Senior Manager, International Tax to oversee and support complex cross-border tax matters across investment, operating, and philanthropic structures. This role requires deep technical expertise, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to operate strategically in a highly dynamic environment.

• Lead international tax planning, structuring, and compliance for global investments and entities
• Provide hands‑on technical analysis for cross‑border investments, funds, and holding structures
• Partner with internal investment, legal, and finance teams on new and ongoing initiatives
• Manage external tax advisors and monitor global tax law developments
• Support philanthropic and charitable structures, including international initiatives

• Minimum 12 years of international tax experience
  , ideally within a family office, fund, or global investment environment
• Strong investment‑side tax expertise with the ability to work strategically and in the details
• Philanthropic tax experience a strong plus
  , particularly supporting international initiatives
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international tax regimes
• CPA, JD, LLM (Tax), or equivalent preferred
