Accounting Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to support financial operations and reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate accounting practices, compliance with applicable policies, and timely financial reporting.

• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Manage general ledger activities and month‑end/quarter‑end close processes.
• Apply accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) to financial data and reporting.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize financial data from multiple systems and sources for reporting and decision support.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting practices, financial processes, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand financial needs and provide responsive support.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities as required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. CPA preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Demonstrated experience applying financial and accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience with financial reporting tools or enterprise resource planning systems.
• Familiarity with audit processes and internal control frameworks.

Competitive salary range commensurate with experience; recent postings in similar roles suggest a range in the approximate vicinity of $90,000 — $150k annually.
