Leadership has invested heavily in infrastructure (i.e., capital equipment, technology), employee wellness, and customer satisfaction.
OpportunityReport to Corporate Controller, manage a team of three, and oversee the entire credit application process, conduct in-depth credit evaluations, minimize risk exposure, and approve or deny credit terms. Partner closely with Sales on B2B payment terms, discounts, financing and customer relations. Company is implementing Microsoft Dynamics and continually looks to improve processes and efficiencies. Partner with leadership on integration of receivables, credit, and collections of a recent acquisition.
Manage disputes and collections on overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution with clients. Prepare and present detailed credit reports and analysis to management for strategic decision-making.
BS/BA ideal. Must have strong Excel skills and worked with ERP systems. Ideal candidate is a proven Credit Manager who is a mentor and developer of talent, strong communicator, hands‑on as necessary, proactive, and has strong analytical skills coming from a B2B setting with over $100M in revenues.
Reward$110,000-$140,000, plus bonus, excellent benefits and great culture. No relocation offered.
