Why You Will Love this Job:
The Finance Analyst will serve as the strategic finance partner for Power Systems North America Supply Chain, Inventory, and Materials organizations. This role will drive financial oversight, planning and operational execution of inventory management including physical inventories at all Wisconsin locations, Cycle Counting finance management and Excess and Obsolete reporting. In addition, this Finance Analyst leads financial oversight of key cost lines on the P&L including Other Manufacturing Costs, Warehouse and Shipping, Interplant Freight, and Customer Delivery.
Requirements- Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 – 3 years of finance analyst experience preferred
- Communication with cross functional associates at various levels in the organization
- Strong systems aptitude with Microsoft programs (word, excel, teams, SharePoint)
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, or similar platforms preferred.
