**** position summary:
** this position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.
** primary duties and*
* ** responsibilities:
** includes but not limited to:
* conducts event registration
* completes gift compilation
* maintains property knowledge
* interacts with guests and provides event information
* enters guest information for events
* maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information
* unloading and organizing promotional gifts
** secondary duties and responsibilities:
*** sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture
* independently performs related tasks, as needed
* maintains a clean and well stocked work area
* assists the marketing operations manager and supervisors, as needed
** minimum education and qualifications:
*** high school diploma or equivalent
* basic computer skills
* must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests
* must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
** competencies:
** incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
* good written and verbal communication skills
* good organizational skills
** training requirements:
*** knowledge of arctics and the avatar event management system
* momentum program
* acsc* workday
* mohegan sun’s scheduling and time management program
** physical demands and work environment:
*** must be able to stand for extended periods of time
* may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
