Primordial Labs is looking for a versatile, mission-driven Marketing Manager to shape our voice and amplify our impact within the defense ecosystem and beyond. This is a "player-coach" role for a storyteller who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be responsible for translating complex, technical topics into compelling narratives that resonate with the warfighter and greater decision‑maker community.

• Architect the Refine how we communicate Anura’s value props and ensure a consistent, professional brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Content & Social Strategy:
  Own the content lifecycle, from drafting deep‑Dive white papers and blog posts to managing our social media presence to engage the defense community. This will involve managing projects with multiple external support companies.
• Lead Website Evolution:
  You will act as the lead for the ongoing growth of our website, coordinating between internal stakeholders and external partners to build a world‑class digital home for our technology.
• Full‑Stack Marketing:
  Support event strategy for industry conferences, design sales enablement materials, and manage email campaigns that keep our partners and customers informed.
• Mission Translation:
  Work closely with our engineering and product teams to turn sophisticated technology into clear, impactful marketing collateral.

• Experience:
  
  We’re looking for a leader to build our marketing organization. In the early days, this will involve executing as an individual contributor and will grow into a leadership role. Ideally you’ll have 5–9 years of marketing experience at a fast‑growing startup where you’ve had to wear multiple hats.
• Defense & Gov Tech:
  You understand the nuances of the defense industry and know how to communicate effectively with government and military audiences.
• Master Storyteller:
  You have a strong background in content creation and social media management; you know how to stop the scroll with insight, not just noise.
• Project Driver:
  You have experience managing complex projects, such as website redesigns or product launches, and can move them from concept to completion autonomously. This will involve a mix of internal project management as well as managing external service providers.
• Independent Thinker:
  You don’t follow the herd. You are very comfortable challenging conventional norms. You are a high‑agency self‑starter who identifies strategic gaps and owns the solution without waiting for a playbook. We are not looking to mimic others in this space and consider this a major element of the hiring decision.

Compensation for this position includes a target base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 annually, with the specific figure determined by the candidate's experience level. We’re committed to fair and equitable compensation and are happy to explain how we determine our salary ranges, just ask!
