JOB DETAILS: A well-respected, well-run FQHC near New Haven is seeking a primary care provider to become Lead Physician at one of its clinics. This is a superb opportunity for a physician seeking their first leadership role: you’ll continue to devote much of your time to patients while growing alongside an amazing organization.

Lead Physician responsibilities in this role include maintaining clinical care while stepping into a leadership position. The role offers an 80/20 clinical/leadership split, allowing continued patient care alongside leadership duties.

• Base salary range of $230,000 to $250,000 pending experience
• Leadership opportunity: 80/20 clinical/leadership
• Established, well-run FQHC
• $2,500 and 5 days for CME
• $20,000 signing bonus
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
• Ample PTO
• Full benefits package, including a 401k match
