Our client is seeking a Neurologist to join a highly regarded outpatient-focused medical group in New Haven, CT. Job Function:
- Provides medical care related to disorders of the brain, spinal cord and nervous system.
- Examines patients, obtains medical histories.
- Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic tests. Creates treatment plans.
- Initiates appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programs.
- Works with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing and coding.
- Provides quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants and other clinical staff at the site.
