Your role will include:

• Handling all aspects of residential real estate closings independently
• Drafting, reviewing, and organizing closing documents
• Coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys
• Managing closing calendars and ensuring on-time transactions
• Maintaining impeccable organization and compliance on every file

• 4+ years of real estate paralegal experience
• A demonstrated ability to handle closings start to finish without oversight
