Hiring a Class A CDL Flatbed Driver in Lawrence, MA for local routes (home daily) hauling packaged solar panels and racking materials using a 48-ft curtain-side trailer with truck-mounted forklift. Position requires 12 months verifiable Class A flatbed and Moffett/forklift experience, a valid DOT medical card, acceptable MVR/accident history, and ability to strap and handle up to 50 lb packages; schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00–3:30 with 40+ hours and overtime after 40.
Compensation is $30/hour with weekly pay, benefits (medical/dental/vision), IRA options, and paid time off accrual for MA employees.
CDL Driver Description:
- CDL Driver Pay: $30 / hour
- Scheudle:
Monday - Friday. 7am-3:30pm - Average hours: 40+ per week - OT after 40
- Equipment:
Double axel day cab freight liner 2008 - 48 ft curtain side with truck mounted forklift - Manual Transmission - Type of Freight:
Solar panels, racking materials all packaged - CDL Driver will touch freight including strapping - up to 50lbs
- Local Routes - Home Daily
- CDL Driver will be making 5+ stops per day
- Must have Flatbed and Moffett experience
- Additional Information:
Must be able to strap the load. Warehouse work may be required if truck driver is sitting. Cameras inside and outside of truck.
- 12 Months Verifiable Class A Driving Experience in the last 3 Years
- Must have a valid DOT Med Card
- Acceptable MVR and Accident History
- Good Work History
- Must have flatbed and moffett experience
