Overview

First Student is a family of 60,000+ employees that safely transport more than 5 million students and passengers daily. We are hiring part‑time School Bus Drivers for North Hampton, NH.

• Shift: early morning before‑school pickup and afternoon drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• Guaranteed 4‑hour shift per school day with no work nights or weekends unless desired.
• Opportunity for additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• $25.00 / hour – $29.00 / hour starting wage, based on experience.
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for new drivers.
• $47.50 monthly attendance bonus.
• $47.50 monthly safety bonus.
• 22.5 hours a week guaranteed.

• Paid CDL training (no experience required).

• No college degree or high school diploma needed.

• Has a valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
