Starting Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Role Overview: Getting students to school safely, on time, and ready to learn is our priority. We focus on safety as the foundation of our service. All applicants start as Drivers in Training, where we provide comprehensive training to obtain a CDL and learn our policies. After successful training, you will become a Professional Driver.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a school bus or similar vehicle safely and reliably on assigned routes.
• Report on time, maintain schedule, and ensure passenger safety.
• Assist passengers during emergencies and report incidents promptly.
• Follow company policies on student and passenger management.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Utilize vehicle equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including responsibilities for Paratransit Drivers as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old (25 for Tennessee drivers).
• Possess or be able to obtain valid state licenses and certifications.
• Meet physical and medical requirements and pass drug screening.
• Complete and pass all training programs.
• Practice defensive driving and safe work habits.
• Comply with all applicable driver requirements and regulations.
