Annual Salary: $42,087.50 - $50,050.00

Operates company vehicles and delivers and picks up packages courteously and efficiently; checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service; provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area; performs related customer service functions; performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/GED.

Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good human relations and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic officials, and respond to inquiries in accordance with FMCSA guidance.

Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet and maintain qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations. Requires a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license as per state regulations and maintain a good driving record as outlined in policy. This is a non-covered safety‑sensitive position. Requires constant alertness and safe operation.
