Position Title: Coach

Terms of Employment: Stipend Salary Position

The stipend for Assistant Coach, Football, Middle School is $816 for 2025-26.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed

Reports to: Athletic Director

Evaluation: Performed seasonally by the Athletic Director with feedback from building administrators

Job Goal: To enable each student athlete to pursue a meaningful experience in our athletic program by providing opportunities to develop, perform, and earn results on the field and in life.

Performance Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Athletic Director
• Develop and review all plans and schedules during the season with the Athletic Director
• Curriculum and practice planning, training and student-athlete development, game and event coaching and management
• Adhere to all guidelines and procedures of FMRSD, NHIAA, and the Athletic Program, following professional coaching standards
• Engage in professional coaching development
• Monitor academic success, manage equipment inventory, and participate in fundraising
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director to support student-athlete development
