We're hiring Awake Overnight Counselors to provide overnight supervision and support for adolescents in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Your Role:
As an Awake Overnight Counselor
, you'll provide overnight supervision and support for youth in our care, ensuring safety and stability during critical hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and supporting students overnight
• Assisting with bedtime and morning routines
• Providing crisis support and maintaining a safe environment
• Documenting incidents and progress accurately
• Building positive, trusting relationships

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background checks
