We are seeking an experienced Tile Installer 3 – Lead Setter to take charge of complex projects, lead crews, and ensure exceptional results. This role requires not only technical expertise but also leadership, organization, and a commitment to quality.

• Lead and manage tile installation projects from start to finish.
• Prepare surfaces and materials for installation.
• Lay out, cut, and set tile with precision and artistry.
• Handle grouting, caulking, sealing, and finishing work.
• Read and interpret drawings or blueprints.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentices and skilled setters.
• Maintain safety, organization,and professionalism on every job site.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of projects.

• Proven experience as a lead tile installer or comparable role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varied positions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid NH driver’s license.
• OSHA-10 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
