We are currently hiring a Sitework Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time opportunity with one of our trusted contractors in Newington, NH. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with strong experience in utilities, excavation, and site development who can confidently lead a crew while operating equipment as needed.

• Lead and supervise daily sitework crew operations
• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers
• Oversee installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain)
• Perform excavation, grading, and full site preparation
• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and project specifications
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintain job site safety, efficiency, and productivity
• Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors

• 3+ years of experience as a Sitework Foreman or Lead Equipment Operator
• Strong background in underground utilities, excavation, and grading
• Proven leadership and crew management abilities
• Skilled in safely and efficiently operating heavy construction equipment
• Ability to read site plans and understand grade stakes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
