Mobile Diesel Technician – 2nd Shift Overview P/M Services of NH is seeking several dedicated and energetic Mobile Diesel Technicians to join our growing team, supporting a diverse customer base across New England. As a Mobile Diesel Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping some of the region’s best fleets running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on, on-the-road position ideal for independent, self-motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working outdoors with heavy equipment and big rigs.

Key Responsibilities Travel to customer sites throughout the greater New England area to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of fleet vehicles, from small trucks to large equipment. Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose potential issues, and report findings to prevent costly breakdowns and ensure safety compliance. Prepare trucks for service and manage inventory as needed. Communicate technical issues clearly and professionally with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Complete all tasks efficiently and effectively, upholding the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors as required.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 2 pm - 12 am schedule (Monday to Friday). Willingness to work both in-person and on the road, with an expected 50 hours per week. Preferred Skills Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience with fleet maintenance or diesel equipment is a plus, but not required.
