• Coordinate and oversee multiple department installation projects from start to finish
• Work with various town and cities to obtain job permits
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve problems as they arise
• Lead, support, and motivate installation teams to perform at their best
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure an outstanding experience
• Monitor performance and financial goals, holding yourself accountable to results
• Use strong computer and organizational skills to manage details accurately
