Insulation Crew Lead

Location: Bow, New Hampshire
Type: Full-Time (Onsite, 40 hours/week)
Pay: $27-$40/hour (Based on Experience)

Northeast Air Sealing is looking for a hands-on, experienced Crew Lead to run insulation job sites, guide crews in the field, and help deliver top-quality energy efficiency upgrades to homes and buildings across New Hampshire and surrounding areas.

This is not a desk job its a working leadership position. You'll be in the field every day, installing insulation, coordinating logistics, and making sure jobs get done safely, efficiently, and up to NAS standards. If you're reliable, organized, and ready to lead, this could be your next big step.

Lead a team on residential and light commercial insulation projects

Install a variety of insulation materials: batts, spray foam, blown-in, etc.

Plan and coordinate daily jobsite logistics: crew assignments, tools, materials, and schedules

Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients on-site

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and NAS quality guidelines

Train and mentor crew members in technique, safety practices, and jobsite efficiency

5+ years of hands-on experience in insulation, weatherization, or a related trade

Field leadership experience (Crew Lead, Foreman, or similar)

Solid understanding of insulation systems and building envelopes

Ability to read and follow work scopes, delegate tasks, and motivate a team

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in tight, high, or enclosed spaces

Dependable, communicative, and committed to safety
