Heritage Home Service is seeking a dedicated Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Duct Cleaning Technician to help keep our customers’ homes safe, clean, and breathing easy.

In this vital role, you’ll perform detailed cleaning and maintenance of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems—helping families enjoy fresher, healthier air every day. If you bring a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a team‑first attitude, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough inspections of HVAC duct systems to identify cleaning needs
• Use industry‑leading tools and equipment to clean ducts, vents, and HVAC components
• Safely remove dust, debris, and contaminants to improve system performance
• Install filters and IAQ components to enhance indoor air quality
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure, efficient work environment
• Provide clear, friendly communication to customers and teammates

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
