Lacewood Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Residential &Commercial Carpenter to join our field operations team. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in building, installing, and repairing structures for residential and commercial construction projects. From framing walls and hanging doors to precision interior finishes, you'll work with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in every cut and connection.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with precision.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, drywall, and other construction materials using hand and power tools.
- Construct and install frameworks for walls, floors, stairs, doors, and windows.
- Fit and finish interior elements such as cabinets, shelving, doors, trim, and insulation.
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fixtures in existing structures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisors, tradespeople, and clients; assist with layout, design input, and estimating when required.
- Complete carpentry tasks on both new construction and remodeling projects.
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of a formal apprenticeship program is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in construction or remodeling.
- Strong proficiency with carpentry tools, power equipment, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and follow technical plans accurately.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to job site safety.
- Physical stamina to lift materials, stand for long periods, and work in varying environments and heights.
