In-Person, $23-$28/Hour, 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Our client is a company specializing in insulation services, and they want you to join their team as a Spray Foam Technician
.

Your day-to-day as a Spray Foam Technician:

• Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings using proportioning equipment and spray rigs
• Prepare job sites by masking windows, doors, fixtures, and ensuring proper ventilation and clean surfaces
• Mix and calibrate spray foam chemicals, monitor temperature and pressure settings, and apply foam to required thickness and R-value
• Trim excess foam, seal gaps, and complete touch-ups to ensure thorough insulation coverage
• Operate and maintain spray rigs, hoses, proportioners, and safety systems while following OSHA/EPA guidelines

Your skills and experience:

• Experience with spray foam insulation is required
• Basic insulation experience (cellulose preferred; fiberglass acceptable)
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop (company provides transportation to job sites)
• Ability to work in a physical, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
